Board Secretary Penny Jenkins opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance.

  • The board approved hiring an experienced and unbiased employment attorney, specifically Betsy Beck of the Knoxville firm Kramer Rayson, to investigate Tara Musick's recent allegations to the city's auditor concerning Bristol City Schools agents/employees, and thereafter report back to the Board of Education as to any findings and recommendations.
