The board approved the following:
Financial Reports, Revenues & Expenditures, for June and Board Approval Listings of bills paid in June for General Purpose, Federal Projects, School Nutrition, and School Capital Projects Fund will be reported at the September meeting.
General Purpose School Fund - Budget Journal #19 for May 2024.
Federal Projects Fund - Budget Journals #13 and #14 for June 2024.
School Nutrition Fund - Budget Journal #2 for June 2024.
The board approved a listing of surplus and obsolete items.
Accelerated Learning and Data Analysis Director Kelli Campbell presented an update on extended learning programs. Accelerated learning encompasses any instruction designed to support student growth outside of the general classroom setting. This includes tutoring, Response to Instruction and Intervention (RTI2A), before- and after-school programming, and summer programming. The board approved a resolution regarding a partnership with the City of Bristol TN to provide upgrades to Tod Houston Field.
